Honor began designing gardens in Greenwich, Connecticut after studying horticulture and garden design at Capel Manor. In 2002 she returned to the UK and since then she has designed over 100 gardens of varying budgets and styles. She has worked on two public projects for Newham council, a sensory garden and an adventure playground, both in association with architects Hawkins Brown. Her work now focuses largely on residential gardens and roof terraces in and around London.

She is based in NW3 and has collaborated on urban garden projects with Robert Dye Architects, Pedder & Scampton Architects, Studio 54 Architecture and Clare Heffernan Architect.

Honor’s designs reflect her passion for plants along with a practical layout which closely meets the needs and budget of the client.

The Process

When designing your garden, our aim is to maximise the potential of your outdoor space and add value to your property.

1

Consultation

This is to find out what you're looking for from your outside space and to discuss planting styles - to establish the general 'look and feel' of the garden.

2

Survey & Design

Detailed measurements of your garden are taken and levels noted in order to create a layout plan followed by a planting plan, both of which are drawn to scale.

Quotation

Once the design stage is completed, an itemised quote is prepared for the hard and soft landscaping. Sourcing of materials is also done at this stage.
